We received this project from a regular client of ours who wanted to build a large new build development with only pedestrian access to the site. We utilised our in-house design team and range of specialist piling plant to complete this project to the high standard that our clients expect.

We frequently employ Helical Screw Piles to complete limited access projects like this one, as they are usually the most economical and swift option for domestic customers. In this case, we installed 55 No. 89R Helical Screw Piles to a designated torque pressure and designed pile toe level. All in accordance with building control’s requirements.

On this development we also worked closely with one of our approved groundworks contractors to deliver the complete foundation package. Thai enabled the client to crack straight on with the brick work without any further delays to their project.
